Khúc Ca Cuồng-Nộ

      Viết cho Hoàng-Sa yêu dấu

Em hát lên bài trường ca phẫn-nộ.

Nét dịu-dàng chợt biến mất trong em.

Đóa hoa máu từ trời xa nở rộ,

Phương đông hồng còn lại những đêm đen.

Em cứ hát cho hồn anh bốc lửa.

Giận xé trời thành sấm chớp trên cao.

Em hát xong, xin hát thêm lần nữa.

Cho ruộng đồng, sỏi đá phải xôn xao.

Chị viết đi, bài thơ hùng giữ nước,

Hàng trăm năm vùng dậy chí chưa sờn.

Chúng ta bước theo cha anh thuở trước

Khi lên đường lấy máu giữ giang-sơn.

Mẹ ru con giữa một trời giông-tố,

Mây Trường-Sa mang nặng những u-sầu.

“À ơi con! Cha đi không khiếp-sợ

Hình bóng người in dấu rõ ngàn sau”

Đường Tổ-Quốc hôm nay như nhuộm máu

Chân ta đi nộ-khí mãi không chùn,

Mang ý-chí đương đầu quân tàn-bạo.

Trăm lần rồi lũ giặc đã tan hoang

Song Of Fury

For beloved Paracel Islands (Hoàng-Sa)

You sing this long song of fury,

And you lose your charming tone suddenly.

From the far sky, a blood flower blossoms,

Over the rosy East, only a black night comes.

Sing, so that my soul is set on fire,

That your anger’s lightening tears the sky.

When your song ends, sing it once more

To set fields and stones in an uproar.

Write, sister, the heroic poem of patriotism,

Centuries of struggle have not frayed our nerves.

In our ancestors’ footsteps let’s follow,

And use our blood to defend our country now.

Mother sings lullabies in the mid of storms,

Spratly’s clouds are laden with melancholy.

“Go to sleep, baby, your father wil not be intimidated,

His memories will stand tall for centuries.”

Blood soaks today the path of our Fatherland,

In our march of rage, we will never relent.

Our strong Will shall counter brutal hordes,

So many times, we’ve shattered invading forces.
